Track my order
Two ways to see where your order is.
1. Your order status
Log in to My Account and open Orders. You will see each order's number, date, status and total. Select View for the details and any updates we have added.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processing | We have your order and are getting it ready, or it is with the courier on its way to you. |
| Completed | Your parcel has been delivered. Nightwing has confirmed delivery. |
2. Follow your parcel with Nightwing
We deliver with Nightwing couriers. Once Nightwing collects your parcel, we email you its waybill number (it starts with CCC).
- Go to nightwing.co.za/track-your-shipment.
- Type your waybill number into the box and select Track my parcel.
The same page can send you Nightwing's proof of delivery on WhatsApp or by email once your parcel has been delivered.
Collecting from a branch? Please wait for our email saying your order is ready before you go to collect it.
