• Orders are processed between 09:00am - 13:30 Monday to Friday.
  • Any orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on the following Monday
  • Our stock is divided across 8 branches countrywide, so please allow additional time for orders of 2 or more items. As we need to get them all couriered to one location so the courier can collect.
  • Orders will generally be processed within 24-48h maximum (excluding weekend orders)

  • Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner the status of the order will be moved to completed. This means its on its way to you.
  • Once the courier collects your order you should receive an email with all the relevant details for you to track your order.
  • For all collections, please wait before going to collect, until you receive an email from our online team, advising you that your order is ready for collection.
