Before you get in touch about an order
Order info answers most of it: processing times, what the status emails mean, and when to collect. Orders are processed 09h00–13h30 Monday to Friday, and anything placed over a weekend is handled the following Monday.
Waiting to collect? Please wait for the email saying your order is ready before travelling to the branch. Stock often has to come across from another branch first.
Phone a branch
For stock checks, sizing advice or anything you would rather ask a person, phone the branch directly. Full addresses are on the stores page.
