What you need to know

When placing a order

Orders are processed between 09:00am - 13:30 Monday to Friday.

Any orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on the following Monday

Our stock is divided across 8 branches countrywide, so please allow additional time for orders of 2 or more items. As we need to get them all couriered to one location so the courier can collect.

Orders will generally be processed within 24-48h maximum (excluding weekend orders)

WE DO NOT OFFER 24H DELIVERY.

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner the status of the order will be moved to completed. This means its on its way to you.

Once the courier collects your order you should receive an email with all the relevant details for you to track your order.

For all collections, please wait before going to collect, until you receive an email from our online team, advising you that your order is ready for collection.
